Engorged with Self-Importance

I made a pact not to name names on my blog anymore but read something the other day that floored me.  The infamous Bil Browning, of Bilerico, called Ashley Love a nut job.

So, Bil makes an internet face at Ms. Love…calls her a “nut job.”  What is hilarious about him doing that is that he goes on in the same blog post to “set Ashley straight on the facts” about him.

Bil tells us he’s bought a house he can’t afford and is heading “back to Indiana next week for my [his] foreclosure.”

Bil tells us he’s been “reduced to posting pleas for readers to donate to cover the rent”…so, not only does Mr. Browning have to beg for contributions monthly to keep his gay blog going, but apparently has to beg for money to even pay his rent.

And, lastly Bil reminds us that he is bipolar, a real honest to God mental illness.  One that no doubt prohibits him from working at any job, yet doesn’t at all prohibit him from flying across the country to accept an award or tracking someone down to get an interview, or participating in the different conferences we all hear about.  I wonder to myself if my tax dollars are being spent giving this deadhead some type of disability or not?

So, to recap, let me get this right:

Ashley Love IS a “nut job” because she doesn’t like gay men trashing transsexuals.

Bil Browning, however, IS NOT a “nut job” in spite of buying a house he can’t afford, having to beg people for money to keep his blog open and to pay his rent, and is apparently certifiably bipolar.

I think you all get the picture.

I need to mention a couple of things before I go on.  First off, Bilerico, PHB, and all the rest are blogs…BLOGS !!!  Blogs are not the New York Times, or Newsweek, or National Geographic, or JAMA.  Anyone…ANYONE…can start a blog for absolutely nothing…no monetary output at all.  So why does Bil Browning need money to support it?  I’ll tell you why.  Once in a blue moon a blog is deemed so newsworthy that the blog is bought for huge sums of money…for example The Huffington Post.  But blogs like The Huffington Post hire professional reporters, professional writers, professional editors and are truly online news services.  For whatever Bilerico Project or PHB is, one thing they are many light years from being is a Huffington Post.  Still, in the atmosphere of self-important delusion, perhaps Bil Browning feels he’s got a shot.

Another thing is the myth of the so-called new media reporter.  How many times have we heard Autumn Sandeen refer to herself as a new media reporter?  Ugh.  These so-called new media reporters love to put up blog headlines something like this:  BREAKING: Blah, Blah, Blah.  Then ones scans the piece to find it’s something that’s old news and already been plastered on one of the real, legitimate news outlets.  BREAKING?  What a joke.

But, wait, you say…these blogs are award winning.  Yes, they are.  Zoe Brain’s blog was “Voted Best ANZ Blog not owned by Rupert Murdoch.”  LMAO.  Those italics should tell you something for sure.  Both Bilerico and PHB have also won awards for being good gay blogs…so fucking what?  Who outside the homosexual community gives a good flying fuck?  No one, that’s who.  One blogger goes on and on and on an on about how she’s a Trinity Award Winner.  Well, kudos up my ass to you, Miss Trinity Award Winner…but who gives a shit.  You won a Trinity Award from a now virtually defunct organization, IFGE, that was started by crossdressers for crossdressers and that no one but crossdressers gives a damn about…certainly no one outside of the GLBT has even heard of either the organization or the award.  But, by all means, lottie dah to you.

My point is that really…I mean REALLY…who cares what Bil Browning says.  He’s a skinny has been twink who is consumed with homosexuality and likes to bully people on his blog…that’s it, period…that is the extent of his being.  No one – HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR – no one but a very select and very small group of homosexuals know who Bil Browning is, or cares…and never will.  Bil Browning is as irrelevant to our lives as they come…he has no relevancy.  The same goes for Autumn Sandeen…Dan Savage…Fister Limp Wrist…the Ticked Off Trannies With Knives drag queens…Calpernia Addams and all the rest of that species.  They just do not matter in the big scheme of things.  All of those people and their positions are based on one thing…homosexuality.  There is not one way those people can hinder or help any cause one who is post op and wants to simply get on with their lives might have. 

Again…THEY DO NOT MATTER.

No matter what they do or say, or don’t do or don’t say…THEY DO NOT MATTER. 

 Want to know what does matter?  When a state or federal lawmaker says THIS, it matters:

 “State Representative Mark Lombardo (R-Billerica), an opponent of the bill, pointed out on the Howie Carr radio show that “transgender” does not include transsexuals who have gone through surgery; these people are legally considered to be their new sex. Rather, transgendered individuals “identify” with a gender other than the sex that was “assigned…usually at birth and based on their genitals”  Transgender activists have created numerous categories to describe the various stages along the gender continuum: “other,” “agender,” “genderqueer,” “third gender,” “transvestite,” drag king or queen,” “androgyne” and “bigender.”

This guy, Mark Lombardo, gets it.  Many of us have been saying for years that we can remember a time when society got it.  A time when society clearly recognized there was a difference between transsexualism and now what is called transgender.  Yep, this guy gets it…and what he says matters.  One can bet the bank that this man would vote for and understands the issues of transsexualism…but would do everything he can to defeat transgender nonsense.

The mainstream, large, and popular GLBT blogs as well as the popular trans activists are engorged in self-importance.  Their status means nothing…their titles are a joke…their philosophy meaningless…they have no power to affect your life.  These people, the Bil Brownings of the world are delusional in the power they think they wield.  They are inventions and figments of their own imagination.  GLAAD, GLAD, HRC, etc are gay/homosexual organizations…they don’t represent you, they represent gays and lesbians.  Don’t think that is going to change, it won’t.  Gay organizations give gay awards to gay people and their organizations.

I say to you all, don’t waste your time on these people.

 

Don’t you think Bil with only on “L” is just a soooooooo gay name.
